Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Ubuntu OS, applications, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory.
Support remote users through VPN, RDP, and remote desktop tools.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems.
Document support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
