Key Responsibilities:
Daily production planning and task allocation
Coordinate with production in-charge and fitters
Prepare fabrication sequence from engineering drawings
Plan and monitor day & night shift production
Generate Daily Production Report (DPR) and IRN reports
Review fabrication activities and ensure smooth workflow
Attend production meetings and resolve shop floor issues
