We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our outlet team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming customer experience, understand customer requirements, recommend products confidently, and contribute to achieving outlet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions clearly.
Drive sales through effective communication and product recommendations.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the outlet is clean and well-presented.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and positive personality.
Customer-oriented approach with a passion for sales.
Positive convincing and product-presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
