We are hiring Sales Officers for Home Loan, Auto Loan & Retail Loan sales across multiple locations in North, South, West and Central India.

Role & Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, direct sourcing, references and market activities.
Acquire new customers for Home Loans, Auto Loans and Retail Loans.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to customer onboarding and disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and process to prospective customers.
Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.
Follow up with customers for documentation and loan processing.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update lead status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and defined sales processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
0.65 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / BFSI / Banking / NBFC / Loan Sales.
Candidates with experience in Home Loan, Auto Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, Retail Finance or other financial products will be preferred.
Robust communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Valuable knowledge of the local market and customer base.
Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into customers.
Candidates with relevant local-area experience will be preferred.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered for selected locations.
