Role & responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end facility and infrastructure management including electrical systems, lifts, HVAC, and civil works.
Manage and monitor all AMC contracts, ensuring timely servicing and compliance.
Develop and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance plans.
Lead vendor management including selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.
Ensure all systems operate efficiently with minimum downtime.
Supervise maintenance teams and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
Identify prospects for infrastructure upgrades and modernization.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational requirements and improvements.
