Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in construction site execution.
High-rise construction experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience in site supervision, RCC and column work.
Valuable knowledge of construction drawings.
Basic/working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Experience in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities.
Handle site execution, measurements, layout and column preparation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
Monitor quality, progress and material usage.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project standards.
