About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, engaging videos — from short-form Reels and social content to longer promotional or brand videos. If you have a robust sense of pacing, storytelling, and current content trends, we'd love to see your work.

Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into final, publish-ready content for social media, YouTube, ads, and other platforms
Add graphics, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and sound design to enhance storytelling
Collaborate with the content/marketing team to understand the vision for each video
Stay current with trending formats, effects, and editing styles (especially for Reels/Shorts)
Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and version history




Deliver videos within tight timelines while maintaining quality
Suggest creative ideas for improving video content and engagement

Requirements
Proven experience editing videos (portfolio/reel required)
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
Solid understanding of pacing, transitions, color correction, and audio syncing
Familiarity with short-form content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Basic motion graphics/animation skills are a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/deadlines
Valuable communication and willingness to take feedback

Pay: ₹10,283.51 - ₹33,817.34 per month
