Qualification
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may be considered
Additional certification in ANSI/AVSI
Experience
Minimum not less than 20 years in the sugar industry
Must be currently working as AGM (Mechanical) or above not less than 5 years
Robust exposure to integrated sugar operations Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance
Budgeting, cost control and spare parts management Statutory compliance, industrial safety practices
Key Exposure Required
Milling & cane handling equipment
Boilers & cogeneration systems
Breakdown analysis & reliability improvement
Team management & maintenance planning
Distillery exposure will be an added advantage
Preferred Profile
Age: Around 50 years or below
Candidates from Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu preferred
Ability to communicate in Kannada preferred
