Role & responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations.
Prepare 2D working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations and ceiling plans.
Create 3D designs/renders using relevant software.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and site teams.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution as per approved designs.
Check quality, measurements, materials and finishing work.
Assist with BOQs, estimates, quotations and cost-effective material selection.
Resolve design and execution issues at site.
Ensure projects are completed as per quality standards and timelines.
