BDE - Kerala Market

Must Have: Fluent Malayalam + English

Focus: Clients across Kerala
BDE - Tamil Nadu Market

Must Have: Fluent Tamil + English

Focus: Clients across Tamil Nadu
BDE - Hindi Speaking States

Must Have: Fluent Hindi + English

Focus: Hindi states

Key Responsibilities
Develop current business opportunities for FUJISHKA ERP inside and outside Kerala.
Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp, email,



and online ERP product demonstrations
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions
Manage complete sales cycle: Lead Generation to Deal Closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify and develop ERP resellers and channel partners
Maintain CRM and coordinate with Tech/Implementation/Support teams
Monitor competitors and provide market feedback
Travel for client meetings when required

-Generate, qualify, and follow up with B2B leads.
Contact business owners, decision-makers, and management teams through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
Conduct online ERP product demonstrations and presentations.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
