Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing Intern who is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn how client relationships and creative projects are managed in a design / digital / creative agency.
As an intern, you will work closely with our client servicing and internal teams, assisting with day-to-day coordination and communication while gaining hands-on exposure to digital marketing, branding, design, and creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the client servicing team with day-to-day client communication and coordination.
Understand and document client requirements and briefs.
Follow up with internal teams on project requirements and deliverables.
Coordinate with creative, design, digital marketing, and other teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
Assist in preparing basic project updates, presentations, and reports.
Maintain project-related information and ensure significant details are properly documented.
Assist with scheduling meetings and following up on action points.
Help ensure client requests are communicated clearly to the relevant internal teams.
Learn and support the team in maintaining positive and skilled client relationships.
Take initiative to understand how digital marketing and creative agency projects work.
