Collect and verify employee documents.
Conduct orientation sessions for recent employees.
Help current hires complete joining formalities.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Update attendance, leave, and personal information.
Organise and manage employee files.
Payroll Support
Assist in collecting attendance and leave data.
Help prepare payroll inputs.
Support salary and benefits administration.
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee events and celebrations.
Conduct employee feedback surveys.
Support employee welfare initiatives.
Training and Development
Coordinate training programs and workshops.
Maintain training records.
Collect feedback after training sessions.
HR Compliance
Help maintain HR policies and documentation.
Ensure employee records comply with labour laws and company policies.
Support HR audits when required.
General HR Support




Respond to employee queries.
