Job Description – Account Executive

Position: Account Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain records in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
Assist in month-end closing and audit-related activities.




Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred

Experience in the construction/infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
