Job Title: Accountant ExecutiveJob Summary:

The Accountant Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts including cash book, bank book, and ledger
Record daily financial transactions accurately
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and receipts
Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process salary, incentives, and reimbursements
Ensure timely PF, ESIC, TDS, and GST compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in budgeting and expense control
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records




Support management with financial data and MIS reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)
Understanding of GST, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Solid attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:
Experience in education or service industry
Knowledge of payroll processing
Basic knowledge of income tax
