Role & responsibilities
Financial Operations & Accounting
Manage end-to-end accounting functions.
Handle project-wise accounting and cost tracking.
Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
Monitor overheads and project profitability.
Invoicing, Receivables & Payables
Manage client invoicing based on project milestones.
Monitor receivables and debtor collections.
Oversee vendor payments and payable cycles.
Coordinate with project and procurement teams for billing accuracy.
Working Capital Management
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts.
Manage fund utilization and liquidity.
Handle banking relationships and credit facilities.
Monitor project cash flow and financial discipline.
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance.
Coordinate statutory audits.
Handle Income Tax, GST assessments, notices and queries.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Financial Planning & Advisory
Provide financial insights to management.
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.




Conduct cost-advantage analysis for projects.
Advise on cost control, profitability and risk management.
Interior Industry Finance
Manage project-based billing and BOQ-related accounting.
Handle retention amounts, advance payments and milestone billing.
Understand material procurement cycles and vendor payment terms.
Manage site accounting and project cost allocation.
Audit & Internal Controls
Establish and maintain internal financial controls.
Lead internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile
CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience preferred.
Mandatory experience in Interior Design / Fit-out / Construction
Robust experience in project accounting, cost tracking and project-based billing.
