Kombai Zameen Private Limited (KZPL) is an environmental enterprise working across agroforestry, carbon-credit development, rural employment and restoration in the Western Ghats.

Role objective

Create reliable operating rhythm for a lean founder-led team by owning follow-ups, schedules, documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities
Maintain a single action tracker across agroforestry, carbon-credit, finance, legal, CSR and field work.
Follow up with consultants, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders until commitments are closed.
Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, field visits, calls and reminders.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, decision logs and concise weekly status updates.
Draft and format skilled emails, letters, proposals and routine correspondence.
Organise contracts, MoUs, reports, carbon documentation and project records in Google Drive.
Coordinate travel, office administration and logistics between Bengaluru and Kombai.
Support recruitment coordination, onboarding and basic people-administration workflows.




Escalate blockers early and clearly, with the decision or action required.

Required profile
2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, executive assistance, project administration or a comparable role.
Excellent written and spoken English; Tamil is strongly preferred.
Robust follow-through, accuracy, confidentiality and ability to work independently.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfortable working in a small, quick-moving team and coordinating remote field stakeholders.
Able to work in person from Electronic City, Bengaluru, with occasional travel when required.
