Working arrangement: 5 days from office in 1-10pm shift

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Python & React to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale platform applications. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with technical leadership, architecture experience, and the ability to mentor teams while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Python , React, AWS, serverless technologies.
Build and optimize APIs, backend services, and data processing solutions.
Guide technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
Drive application performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Experience
7+ years of hands-on Python development.
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications end-to-end.
Exposure to financial services or enterprise software settings preferred.
