About us: We work with 800+ schools across India on Educase's ERP fees, attendance, transport, report cards. Through EduSocial, we run admissions marketing for 90+ school brands.

The role: This is field sales, not a desk internship. You'll be out visiting schools, sitting with principals, and learning how a 30-to-90-day sales cycle actually plays out. You shadow first, then run your own conversations.

What you'll do
Ride along on school visits and demos with a senior consultant
Map your assigned territory — school lists, GMB research, basic qualification
Run first-level discovery: board, strength, current systems, who decides
Prep proposals and handle follow-ups between visits
Learn to demo Educase's ERP end to end
Keep Zoho CRM accurate on every school you touch





By month three, you should be running your own school meetings with backup, not supervision.

Who does well here
Comfortable walking into a school and asking for the principal
Fluent English and Hindi; Telugu is a robust advantage
Patient — you won't close in week one, and that's normal
Two-wheeler with a valid licence

Any stream. Final-year students or fresh grads.

Compensation: Monthly stipend, travel allowance, and incentives on closures you source. Robust interns get a full time offer as School Growth Consultant.
