Designation | Application Support Engineer Work Location | IN- Bangalore, IN Qualification | Graduate Experience (in years) | 3 Job Description | We are seeking a skilled Web Application L2 Support Engineer to support and maintain customer-facing applications for mySchneider Web. The role focuses on incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring application stability across CRM, cloud, and API-based systems. Qualifications & Experience 2–5 years of experience in CRM platform support/configuration, preferably Salesforce and/or OKTA Robust experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred) Hands-on experience with AWS, APIs, SQL, SOQL, and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) Experience debugging APIs using tools like Postman Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, and database management Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON,



and basic backend languages (Python, JavaScript, or .NET) Solid analytical and communication skills (rating 4+ on a scale of 1–5) Preferred Qualifications AWS Certification SAP ERP exposure Experience with LWC, Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs Roles & Responsibilities Provide L2 support for customer-facing portals, CRM platforms, APIs, and UIaaS components Monitor application performance, production issues, and SLAs Manage L3 support queue, raise JIRAs, and track issues to closure Troubleshoot application, API, and data-related issues Perform unit testing, bug identification, and support data migration activities Handle access requests, configuration changes, and customer incidents within SLAs Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams (e.g., Yammer updates) Analyze root causes, ensure data quality, and suggest application improvements Skill Set Required | AWS certification is a plus.
