Job Summary

Role: Chief Information Officer / AVP - AI Transformation. Seniority Level: Senior. Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology (required); Masters Degree / MBA / AI / Digital Transformation Certification (preferred). Required Experience: 15+ years.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute enterprise-wide AI and Digital Transformation strategy, building long-term AI roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Design and implement an AI/intelligence layer integrated with ERP, MES, LIMS, CRM, HRMS and other enterprise systems to enable real-time analytics and intelligent automation.
Lead cross-functional teams, technology vendors, and implementation partners to deliver large-scale AI, automation, and ERP projects while ensuring governance, security, and measurable business outcomes.
Establish data governance, master data management, and BI frameworks; drive change management and AI adoption across the organization.

Must-Have Skills / Technologies
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Large Language Models (LLMs) (including AI Agents & Intelligent Automation)
Enterprise ERP (SAP Business One or equivalent)



& Manufacturing Applications (MES, LIMS, CRM, HRMS)

Cloud-based AI Platform infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
