Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and inspection test plans (ITPs) submitted by contractors.
Participate in quality review meetings and resolve technical issues.
Provide guidance for concrete quality issues,



material substitutions and construction methodology improvements at the site.
Review and provide recommendations for the following:
Concrete mix designs (RMC / site mix)
Construction materials and sources
Bituminous concrete mix
Ensure Contractor s adherence to QA/QC procedures for critical activities, viz.
Concrete pouring cube testing
Earthwork compaction field density tests
Structural and finishing works
Laying and compacting the bituminous layers to ensure correct procedures
Manage the Contractor s NCR and CAPA through
Identification and raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for deviations.
Ensure implementation and closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Track recurring issues and escalate critical concerns to management.
Maintain and review QA/QC registers, Test reports and inspection records
Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for PMC and client r
