This is not a coordination role it's a technical leadership role at the heart of our organisation transformation programme. You'll bridge engineering depth with program rigor, translating complex technical architectures and system dependencies into executable roadmaps. You'll be trusted to understand the how, not just the when, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, business, operations, and customer teams to ship solutions that actually work at scale. Six months from now, you'll point to systems you helped architect the delivery of, technical debt you helped eliminate, and teams that run smoother because of the frameworks you put in place — and that's a kind of satisfaction a status report never gives you.
What You'll Own
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-system programs — from technical design through deployment and post-launch stability

before they become delivery risks
Drive sprint/release planning, technical milestone tracking, and cross-team dependency management
Lead root-cause analysis on technical escalations and drive resolution with engineering teams
Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and system integrations that support scalable transformation
Coordinate with vendors/partners on technical integrations, APIs, and third-party system compatibility
Prepare technical status reports and translate engineering complexity for leadership and customer stakeholders
Support technical pre-sales conversations and solution design for key customer accounts
Translate technical architecture, system dependencies, and engineering constraints into realistic program plans and roadmaps
