Role & responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
Handle incoming leads from customers looking to rent, buy, or sell properties.
Make outbound calls to prospects who have shown interest on the platform.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker plans or services.
Product Pitching & Sales
Explain NoBrokers offerings (e.g., owner plans, tenant plans, premium listings, home services).
Customer Relationship Management
Build rapport with customers and maintain follow-ups until closure.
Address queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for paid customers.
Target Achievement
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain high conversion ratios and productivity metrics (calls, closures, revenue).
