Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, driven Accounts Executive to manage core financial operations while actively supporting business growth. In this hybrid role, you will maintain accurate books of accounts, visit client offices for in office reconciliations and relationship management, and execute targeted digital lead-generation strategies to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations in Tally/Zoho Books.
Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and expense trackers.
Assist in statutory compliance, including GST filing, TDS deductions, and advance tax computation.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections efficiently.
Client Visits & Relationship Management
Visit client premises periodically to collect financial documentation, resolve accounting discrepancies, and finalize reconciliations.




Act as a direct point of contact for routine accounting queries, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Identify client requirements during visits to upsell advisory or accounting services.
Marketing & Digital Lead Generation
Execute outbound online prospecting campaigns across LinkedIn, industry directories, and email channels.
Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound leads from corporate queries and qualified networks.
Coordinate the creation of promotional collateral, service brochures, and introductory presentations.
Track pipeline metrics, schedule introductory discovery calls, and maintain CRM records.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience combined with a flair for client outreach or marketing.
