Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing premium housing societies in Mumbai.
Core Expertise: Thorough knowledge of MCS Act & Society Bye-laws.
Proficiency: In Society accounting, billing, and audit coordination.
Excellent correspondence skills: Drafting letters, managing emails, and legal communication.
Hands-on experience: With BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) and other local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing administrative and estate operations.
Liaising with vendors, contractors, and government bodies.
Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory guidelines.
