We're a sheet metal fabrication company inside KINFRA Park, Kanjikode, Palakkad, working with laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and powder coating. We're looking for a Project Manager to keep customer orders moving smoothly from enquiry to delivery.
Freshers are welcome. Full training will be provided by our current Project Manager — what matters most to us is attitude and ability.
What you'll do
Coordinate between customers, the shop floor, and purchase. Track order status, follow up on deadlines, draft transparent emails to customers and suppliers, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (minimum qualification)
Very good spoken communication — you'll be talking to customers and the floor every day
Fluency in English and Malayalam
Robust written English — error-free emails matter to us, as your writing represents the company to our customers
A proactive approach — you spot problems before they become delays
Strong organization skills and attention to follow-up
Calm under pressure, especially near delivery deadlines
Ability to coordinate multiple people and priorities at once

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on the value you bring to the role
