Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of boilers.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with safety standards.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and operational records.
Monitor and manage spare parts and consumable inventory.
Collaborate with technicians for smooth execution of operations.
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to technicians.
Respond promptly to utility-related emergencies.
Troubleshoot VFDs, motors, and related electrical systems.
Requirements
Education: B.E. in Mechanical.
Experience in operating and maintaining boilers and utility systems.
Knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, RTDs, sensors, interlocks, wiring diagrams, electrical switchgear, motors, starters, and VFDs.
Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and utility safety interlocks.
Analytical skills to interpret operational data and improve equipment performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving ability for electrical and instrumentation issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
