We are hiring a Quality Control Executive for our CNC toolroom/manufacturing unit. The person will be responsible for checking the dimensions and overall quality of machined parts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Check CNC machined parts to make sure they match the engineering drawings.
Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensional requirements, and GD&T.;
Handle first-piece inspection, in-process checking, and final inspection before dispatch.
Use measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Gauge daily.
Note down all inspection results and maintain proper quality reports.
Spot any dimensional deviations or quality problems and report them immediately.
Work closely with CNC operators and the production team to report quality issues on the floor.
Keep all inspection records updated and prepare daily quality reports.
Make sure components meet both internal standards and customer quality requirements.
Strictly follow all quality procedures and keep the paperwork/documentation ready for customer inspection.
Education / Qualifications
ITI / DME / BE Mech / BSc Physics is mandatory.
Skills and Requirements
0–2 years of experience working in CNC Quality Control or Inspection.
Must have valuable hands-on knowledge of using measuring instruments.
Should be able to read and understand engineering drawings easily.
Basic understanding of GD&T; symbols.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
Experience working inside a CNC machining or toolroom environment is preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
