About the Role
Kohinoor Techno Business Solution LLP is seeking detail-oriented and experienced US Accountants to manage accounting operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US GAAP, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to independently handle client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting for US clients including AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle bookkeeping tasks using US accounting standards
Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Coordinate with US clients via email and calls for clarifications and updates
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Work with tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or other US accounting software
Good in P&L; and reading balance sheets.
Individual Taxation and Business Taxation Knowledge is prefered.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in US Accounting / Bookkeeping
Proficiency in accounting software in QuickBooks
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work onsite in Lower Parel, Mumbai
Willingness to work in US shifts (1 PM 10 PM & 7 PM 4 AM IST)
