JOB SUMMARY

XElements Health Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales / Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence for our healthcare and medical device solutions.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building robust relationships with healthcare specialists, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and channel partners, while executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or B2B business development will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Build and maintain robust relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, and channel partners.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, market research, and outreach activities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.




Convert leads into long-term business partnerships and revenue opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion
Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Coordinate participation in healthcare conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.
Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
