Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize market penetration.
Identify current business opportunities within diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and reference labs.
Expand customer base through strategic prospecting and relationship-building activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Account Management:
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, including pathologists, laboratory directors, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts within company guidelines.
Team Management:
Lead, coach,
and mentor territory sales representatives (if applicable).
Track team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
Conduct regular field visits and sales reviews.
Product Promotion & Technical Support:
Present and demonstrate diagnostic solutions to healthcare specialists.
Coordinate product evaluations, installations, and customer training programs.
Work closely with application specialists and service teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Gather market insights and customer feedback.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business reports.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline data.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the Diagnostics Sales.
