Experience - 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
Monitor network performance and ensure uptime, stability, and reliability.
Configure and manage LAN, WAN, and VPN environments.
Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support to users.
Handle IT inventory management, including tracking, allocation, and maintenance of hardware and equipment.
Perform system setup and configuration for new joiners, including laptops/desktops, software, email, network access, and required peripherals.
Implement and monitor network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and threat monitoring.
Maintain IT/network documentation and performance/security reports.
Collaborate with IT teams on network solutions, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Install, configure,



and upgrade network hardware and software.

Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Knowledge of network security, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
Experience in IT inventory management and system setup/support.
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to recent technologies.

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
