Role & responsibilities
Prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates for projects.
Analyse drawings, specifications and scope to determine material, labor and equipment requirements.
Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost breakdown.
Coordinate with design, procurement and site teams for clarification.
Prepare comparative statements and evaluate vendor quotations.
Ensure timely submission of estimates, revisions and reports.
Assist in cost control and budget monitoring during project execution.
