We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist & Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment as well as day-to-day HR operations for our steel/manufacturing organization. The role will support manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, HR documentation, statutory compliance, and coordination with plant and corporate teams.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a plant/industrial workplace and have solid knowledge of blue-collar, technical, and staff-level recruitment.
