About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who has a solid foundation in accounting and financial analysis and is eager to grow in a rapid-paced environment.

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Financial Controller in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day accounting activities. You should be comfortable working with financial data, maintaining accuracy, and providing insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Analyze financial data and prepare management reports, including:
Profit & Loss Statement
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statement
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.




Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting schedules.
Work with QuickBooks to record transactions and generate financial reports.
Assist with audit preparation, tax documentation, and statutory compliance.
Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with the Financial Controller to improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and business reports as required.

Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. M.Com is a plus.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
