About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented
Education Sales Counselor / Inside Sales Executive
to join our sales team.
The role involves engaging with high-intent leads, understanding parents' requirements, guiding them through the enrollment process, and converting prospects into paying customers. The candidate will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling relevant programs and products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Conversion
Connect with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and conduct effective needs analysis.
Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers.

Product Knowledge
Develop solid knowledge of the company's products and programs.

Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
Track follow-ups, deal stages, and conversions.
Ensure timely CRM updates and prevent lead leakage.
Maintain daily call and sales activity records.
Customer Experience
Understand and address customer queries professionally.
Provide empathetic and solution-oriented guidance.
Coordinate with internal support teams whenever required.
Market Feedback
Share customer insights and feedback with relevant internal teams.
