Job Description
Teach Medical Surgical Nursing theory and practical classes to nursing students.
Plan and deliver lectures, clinical demonstrations, and practical sessions.
Supervise students during clinical postings and provide guidance in patient care.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examinations.
Assess and evaluate students' academic and clinical performance.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and clinical documentation.
Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic activities.
Guide students in projects, presentations, and other academic activities.
Coordinate with faculty members and clinical staff to ensure effective clinical training.
Maintain qualified standards and follow institutional policies.
