Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain planning and operations.
Translate business requirements into functional solutions using the o9 platform.
Configure o9 modules and workflows based on business processes.
Work with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and future-state requirements.
Develop functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, and user stories.
Support implementation of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP;/IBP, and related processes.
Configure planning parameters, business rules, workflows, alerts, and dashboards.
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for solution integration and customization.
Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT,



and defect resolution.
Support data validation, master data setup, and data integration activities.
Lead workshops, product demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
Support deployment, production stabilization, and post-go-live activities.
Identify prospects for process optimization and automation.
Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
Min 4 years in SCM, Supply planning, 3 years with o9 implementations.
