Knowledge of fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering
Hands on knowledge in material and management processes
Creative problem solving
Quick prototypes and creating POC
Detailing in CAD workplace
Making engineering reports
Cost analysis and value engineering

Job Requirements
B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Polymer/ Plastics/ Mechatronic/ Production Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Polymer Engineering with relevant job experience
4 - 10 + years of relevant experience. Experience in sheet metal component/assemblies and/or plastic part engineering design, electro mechanical assemblies
Platform preferred solidworks, NX, Pro E, Fusion, Rhino
Traditional manufacturing processes
Plastic Engineering
Injection moulding , blow moulding, vacuum forming, composites
Creative detailing on CAD, fitment
Design led engineering of plastic components
Sheet metal




Fabrication processes and constraints
Hardware and OEM components
Costing of assemblies
CAD
Surface and solid modeling of complex plastic components
Sheet metal modeling
Parametric and large format assemblies
Standards and Documentation
Knowledge of engineering standards
Technical drawing knowledge
Bills of Material, specialization sheet, revision drawings
