Hotel Operations Manager
Manage daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping & F&B.;
Ensure excellent guest service and smooth departmental coordination.
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
Monitor staff performance, service standards and operational costs.
Lead, train and motivate hotel teams.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.
Requirements: 5+ years of hotel operations experience and robust leadership & communication skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
