Role & responsibilities :
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.
Build sourcing channels and talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations, Risk, Finance, Technology and Corporate Functions.
Drive lateral, campus, referral and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends and hiring strategies.
Ensure timely closures, effective candidate experience and smooth onboarding.
Manage recruitment consultants, staffing partners and job portal vendors, including performance and negotiations.
Track recruitment metrics, dashboards, MIS and market intelligence.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, approvals, documentation and fair hiring practices.
