Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate CNC machines, ensure accurate production as per drawings and specifications, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:Required Skills:
Operate CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, CNC lathe, or milling machines.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Load and unload components and properly set workpieces.
Check tool offsets, cutting tools, and machine parameters.
Perform in-process inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain required production quality and achieve daily production targets.
Identify machining defects and report machine/tool issues to the supervisor.
Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and 5S standards.




Maintain production and inspection records.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
Experience operating CNC machines.
Knowledge of basic machining processes and tooling.
Ability to read mechanical/engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and tolerances.
Valuable understanding of workplace safety.
