Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities for RCC, masonry, and finishing works.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality norms.
Verify measurements, workmanship, and material usage at site.
Identify and resolve construction-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Support handover activities and snag rectification processes.

Desired Skills:
Solid knowledge of RCC, masonry, and finishing works.
Positive understanding of residential construction methodologies.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of quality control and site safety practices.
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
