Job Title: Business Analyst with Guidewire PC Personal Lines

Location: Remote

Duration: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and Guidewire configuration/development teams.
Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements for Workers Compensation products and processes.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases in an Agile workplace.
Collaborate with Guidewire teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively in PolicyCenter and other modules.
Define and validate data mappings, integrations, and workflows specific to Workers’ Comp processes.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring developed functionality meets business expectations.
Support Guidewire product configuration, integration testing, and post-deployment validation.
Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvement areas, and recommend best practices.




Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper coverage of test scenarios.

Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3–5 years in Guidewire projects.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter preferred (BillingCenter or ClaimCenter is a plus).
Familiarity with Guidewire Data Model, Entities, PCF screens, and Product Model concepts.
Solid experience in requirement elicitation, business process documentation, and workflow analysis.
Positive understanding of rating and policy transactions in Workers’ Comp (new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations).
Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum), JIRA, Confluence, and use case documentation tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Guidewire certification (PolicyCenter Business Analyst or PolicyCenter Specialist).
Knowledge of P&C; domain beyond Workers’ Comp (e.g., Commercial Auto, G
