We are looking for a confident, target-driven Admissions Counselor to join our premium coaching academy. The role involves converting enquiries into enrolments while delivering a skilled and consultative student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins and digital leads.
Understand student needs and recommend the right programme.
Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records on CRM/Google Sheets.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with trainers and the academic team for smooth onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Collect timely feedbacks post enrolments
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset, solid follow-up discipline and a professional approach. Experience in education sales or coaching institutes will be an advantage.
