Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs.
Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and teachers on special education issues.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.




Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and development.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in special education or a related field.
Solid knowledge of special education principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for working with students, parents, and teachers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Robust organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in special education.
