We work with brands and businesses to create high-performing content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

We're looking for a creative and reliable Full-Time Video Editor who can join our team and take ownership of editing short-form content.

What You'll Do
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, UGC videos, and other short-form content.
Create engaging edits designed to maximize watch time, retention, and engagement.
Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, B-roll, and visual effects where required.
Edit talking-head, UGC, promotional, educational, and marketing videos.
Understand pacing, storytelling, hooks,



and retention-based editing.
Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form videos.
Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different clients.
Work closely with the creative and marketing team to understand the objective of each video.
Handle multiple projects and deliver edits within deadlines.
Stay updated with current Instagram and YouTube editing trends.

Requirements
Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut or similar editing software.
Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
Robust sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, music, and visual composition.
Ability to create clean, qualified, and attention-grabbing edits.
Valuable communication and time-management skills.
Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
