Role & responsibilities

* Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

* Process invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting entries.

* Perform vendor reconciliation, accounts reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

* Handle GST accounting, GST returns, and related compliance.

* Maintain accounts and transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

* Track outstanding receivables and coordinate with vendors/customers.

* Support month-end closing and financial reporting.

* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

* 24 years of relevant accounting experience.

* Solid knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliation, GST, and Tally.

* Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

* Valuable understanding of general accounting and statutory compliance.

* Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
