Job Title: Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance to independently manage accounting and financial operations during the night shift. The role requires hands-on expertise, high accountability, and the ability to ensure seamless financial processes, reporting, and compliance without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, and general ledger
Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions accurately
Ensure timely closure of books on a daily/monthly basis
Financial Reporting
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and variance analysis
Assist in preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Compliance & Taxation
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes
Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies




Reconciliation & Controls
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
Identify discrepancies and resolve them independently
Maintain solid internal controls in financial processes
International / Backend Support (if applicable)
Coordinate with overseas teams/clients during shift hours
Process transactions aligned with international timelines
Ensure smooth financial operations across time zones
Audit & Documentation
Assist in internal and external audits
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Ensure audit readiness at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor/Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
Ready to work at multiple locations. (Delhi/Ghaziabad/Gurugram)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
