Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while maintaining excellent guest service, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other café products as per hotel standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, temperature, and portion control.
Take guest orders accurately and provide prompt and courteous service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic coffee counter and work area.
Follow standard recipes, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
Check the quality and freshness of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain proper billing and cash-handling procedures, if applicable.




Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B; team to ensure smooth service.
Assist in setting up and closing the café/restaurant as required.
Follow hotel grooming, safety, and service standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 12th pass / Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation techniques.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service-oriented and pleasant personality.
Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
